Ferragosto in Gravedona: tradition, lights… and pure relaxation at CaFelicita
Every year on August 14th, the charming village of Gravedona ed Uniti lights up for one of Lake Como’s most beloved summer events:
the historic Parade of Illuminated Boats, now at its 79th edition.
The celebration starts at 6:00 p.m. with local food stands and artisanal markets, followed by live music, street performers and, at 9:00 p.m., the magical parade on the lake with allegorical boats lit up and decorated by different town districts.
At 10:00 p.m., the grand finale: a spectacular fireworks show over the lake, with reflections on the water and music.
